Financial Incentives
As an employer who hires a Career Services client, you may qualify for Tax Credits and On-the-Job Training incentives that will offset business costs. The most commonly utilized with our program are: OJT (On-the-Job) training pay reimbursement and The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). (Read more about financial incentives.)
Marketing Incentives
As an employer who hires a Career Services participant we offer you the opportunity to advertise on our website. We will feature employers who give to the community by hiring our program participants. Another incentive is that each year we cosponsor an employer recognition event. This event recognizes and honors employers who have been involved in hiring and supporting people with disabilities. (Read more about marketing incentives.)
